How to see wholesale prices and purchase products?
In order to see wholesale prices and purchase products, please register in our wholesale gifts store. Your registration will be approved within 24 hours, after approval you can start shopping.

What is a minimum order?
Minimum order is 100 € (excl. VAT).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, if your order is over 490 € (excl. VAT), valid for most EU countries.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies from country to country, please see our shipping page for exact prices.

Do your prices shown after login include VAT?
In the store are net prices shown, without VAT. If you don’t have valid VAT number you will receive an invoice with our 20% VAT.

What is the minimum quantity I can purchase from a specific product?
Most products can be purchased from the amount of 1 piece. The minimum amount is set only for some products.

Do you have all products in stock?
You can see those product availability states on our website:
In stock – products “in stock” are available in our warehouse, they can be dispatched immediately
Sold out – the goods is not available now, products with this state can not be ordered at the moment

Do you provide display boxes for your products?
If there is “Display box / Yes” stated in the product details and simultaneously also “Number of Pieces in a Display Box”, we automatically ship you a display box in case you order at least the minimum number of items stated in a display box.

How do I change my username and password?
The username and password can be changed by clicking on "My account" then "Change password" and “Save” your new password upon user login.
